绵阳市2013年医疗机构洁净手术室年检现状

摘　　要：目的了解我市医疗机构洁净层流手术室运行现状,为预防和控制洁净手术室空气造成的院内感染暴发提供技术支撑.方法：按照卫生部关于《医院洁净手术部验收和年检的规定》[1]、四川省卫生厅关于《四川省医疗机构洁净手术部验收和年检的规定》[2]和建设部《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》（GB50333-2002）[3]要求检测.结果：共检测46 家医疗机构的131 间层流手术室,合格为95 间,不合格36 间.结论：有部分医疗机构洁净手术室存在性能状态不佳的问题.ObjectiveTo understand Operation status of clean operation room of medical institutions in our city, to provide technical support for the prevention and control ofclean operation room air caused bynosocomial infection.Methods：according to the Ministry of health on ＂ Hospital clean operation Department approval and yearly inspection ＂ [1],Sichuan Provincial Health Department on the ＂ Sichuan Province medical institutions stipulated clean operation Department approval and yearly inspection ＂ [2] and the Ministry ofconstruction on the ＂ Hospital clean operation Department building technical specifications ＂ （GB50333-2002） [3] for detection. Results：131 laminar flow operation room of 46medical institutions were detected, qualified 95 , unqualified 36.Conclusion：there are some medical institutions have Poor performance status of clean operation room.
