福建省体育文化创意产业发展构想

摘　　要：在阐释体育文化创意产业涵义的基础上,点出体育文化创意产业同样具有高知识性、高附加值、强融合性三大特征。提出体育文化创意产业的实践应该包括10个领域,简要分析了国内体育文化创意产业发展现状,介绍了海峡两岸闽台创意产业的腾飞及其对接。最后阐明了福建省具有发展体育文化创意产业的区位特点、文化积淀,以及先行先试政策等优势,提出了福建省体育文化创意产业可以通过规划制定、人才培养、基地建设和项目实施等发展构想。Based on explaining the meaning of sports creative industry,this paper pointed out that the creative sports industry also has three major characteristics of the high knowledge,high added value,strong integration. The paper proposes that the practice of sports creative industry should include 9 areas,and briefly analyses the current situation of the development of sports creative industry in China,and introduces the development and the butt of the creative industry between Fujian-Taiwan on both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Finally the paper illustrates the advantages of Fujian Province with a rich culture,the forward practice policy and the location feature of developing sports industry. It puts forward the development conception of Fujian＇s sports creative industry which can be developed by planning- making,talent training and construction and project implementation.
