摘　　要：老年人生理、心理特点增加了结肠镜检查过程中的困难和不确定性。针对问题提出解决方案,以提高结肠镜操作水平,并为内镜医生的教学培训提供指导。Due to the physiological and psychological characteristics of elderly people, the difficulties and uncertainties are increased in colonoscopy. The relevant solutions for those problems are proposed in order to improve the level of performance, which is aimed at training the competent endoscopist.
