摘 要:整理和归纳了现有的关于空间并置混色色织物的颜色预测方法及模型。以经纬异色原液染色丝的交织物为实验对象,采用色卡比色、Digieye数码测色仪测色等方法,首次提出将"图像平均计算颜色预测""旋转混色颜色预测"和"公式模型颜色预测"这三种方法进行平行比较,并分析验证这几种方法的精确度。研究表明,"图像平均计算"和"旋转混色"颜色预测在一定程度上能够预测空间并置混色结果,但精度较低。相比较前两种方法,公式模型颜色预测方法对空间并置混色色织物的颜色预测结果较为准确。This paper sorted and concluded existing color prediction methods and models about yarn-dyed fabrics with spatial juxtaposition.The fabrics interwoven with different colors of dope dyed polyester filaments were selected as subjects.Standard color cards and the Digieye digital color measurement system were used as measure methods.Three methods "color prediction with image average measurement","rotary mixture color prediction" and "formula model prediction" were proposed as comparison.Accuracy of these methods were analyzed and verified.The results show that "image average measurement" and "rotary mixture" can to some extent predict color mixture result with spatial juxtaposition,but the precision is low.Compared with the first two methods,formula model color prediction has accurate prediction result for yarn-dyed fabrics with spatial juxtaposition.
