摘  要:目前公车管理仍未取得根本性突破。基于群众路线、信息公开政策,选择公车公牌管理模式,对公车实行公牌管理,并将公牌规则及其识别办法等相关信息多渠道公开,充分发动广大群众对公车进行有效监管。创新公车管理路径,提高公车使用绩效。Using the public car non -business transaction is to use the government cars for private purposes . The number of China's official cars is large and generates high operation cost . It has been a problem to use the government cars for private purposes . Since the implementation of the eight Central Committee provisions , the national inspection departments , news media and the public on the public car supervision has effectively reduced the “three public expenses” . However , the non-mass , non-persistent effect mechanism on public car supervision has the limited success . Base on the mass line , the mechanism design theory and information disclosure policies , we can choose public car management . We can implement public car public brand management , open the public licensing rules , its identification method and other related information by kinds of channels and fully mobilize the masses to carry out effective supervision on the public car . The public car management path innovation can improve efficiency of the public car .
