摘　　要：调解是一门极具挑战性和专业性的争议解决艺术,其要求调解员必须经过系统的学习和培训,而非仅凭经验就可以胜任。而目前,我国在调解员的资格和培训问题上,既缺乏系统的理论研究,也缺少规范的做法。在当前矛盾纠纷多元化的背景下,建立由调解员的选任标准、资格认证、培训考核、等级管理以及经费保障等五个方面组成的人民调解员职业准入制度刻不容缓。Mediation is a kind of challenging and professional art in resolving dispute . Therefore , there is a high requirement about mediators . Except for working experience , they must also pass through a system of learning and training . However , nowadays , our country is not only short of a systematic theoretical research but also badly in need of the standardized approach in the qualification and training of mediators . In the background of the diversified disputes , to establish people＇s mediators professional access system standards composed by elective standard , qualification certification , training assessment , level management and ensure funding is very urgent .
