清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入治疗急性扁桃体炎40例

摘　　要：目的探究清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入治疗急性扁桃体炎40例。方法对照组患者均给予青霉素肌内注射治疗,观察组在此基础上行清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入治疗,观察对比两组临床疗效。结果用药5 d后,观察组临床总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%;且观察组临床症状及体征改善时间均明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论对急性扁桃体炎患者行清开灵注射液超声雾化吸入治疗,临床疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状,缩短病程。Objective To explore the Qing Kai Ling Injection ultrasonic nebulization 40 cases of treatment of acute tonsillitis. Methods The control group patients were given intramuscular penicillin treatment, observation group on the basis of the upstream Qingkailing injection ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy, comparative clinical efficacy observed. Results After treatment 5d, clinical observation group total effective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than the 77.5 percent; and observed clinical symptoms and signs of improvement in time was significantly shorter than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Patients with acute tonsillitis Qingkailing injection ultrasonic atomizing inhalation therapy, clinical efficacy, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the duration.
