老年H型高血压与抑郁症的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年H型高血压与抑郁症的相关性。方法随机选取老年H型高血压、高血压、高同型半胱氨酸血症患者及一般人群各160例,分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分检查,比较四类人群中抑郁症的患病率。结果老年H型高血压患者抑郁症患病率为四类人群中最高(P<0.001)。结论老年H型高血压与抑郁症密切相关。Objective To study the correlation between H-type hypertension and depressive disorder in elderly patients. Methods Elderly patients with H-type hypertension, hypertension, or high homocysteine, and the general population, each including 160 cases, were randomly selected. The prevalence rates of depressive disorder in them were compared, and depressive disorder was evaluated by Hamilton＇s depression scale. Results Elderly patients with H-type hypertension had the highest prevalence rate of depressive disorder in the four types of population. Conclusion H-type hypertension in elderly patients is closely related to depressive disorder.
