注射用细辛脑对小儿喘息性支气管炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过临床使用注射用细辛脑对喘息性支气管炎患儿,观察临床疗效。方法使用注射用细辛脑和氨茶碱注射液治疗喘息性支气管炎,观察其疗效,并检测痰液和血液中的特异性指标。结果治疗2周后,两组喘息性支气管炎患儿血细胞学检查提示巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞跟治疗前和治疗后比较均有明显差异(P均<0.05),同时治疗组的CD4+T淋巴细胞、淋巴细胞和治疗前比较均有明显差异(P均<0.05)。两组巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、CD4+T细胞、淋巴细胞比较也提示有明显差异(P均<0.05)。治疗后观察组和治疗组患儿肺功能均比治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),治疗组的IL-5、肺功能跟观察组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论注射用细辛脑和氨茶碱注射液对喘息性支气管炎均有效,两组药物对比,注射用细辛脑效果比氨茶碱效果更好。在临床上,细辛脑对于喘息性呼吸道疾病的治疗效果好,经济实惠,值得临床推广。Objeetiv Through clinical use in asarone injection on children with asthmatic bronchitis, observe clinical curative effect. Methods 60 cases of children with asthmatic bronchitis are selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group was given in asarone injection of 0.5 mg/kg, with 10% glucose injection diluted into 0.01% of the solution, the intravenous drip, 1 time/day; while the control group with aminophylline injection 3-5 mg/kg in 5% glucose injection, 100 mL, intravenous drip, 1 time/day. Two groups of 7 days for a period of treatment, observation of two procedures. Results 2 weeks after treatment, two groups of eosinophilic granulocytes and macrophages, comparison before and after the treatment have obvious difference （P〈0.05）, at the same time, the treatment group of lymphoid cells and CD4^＋ T cells are obvious difference compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）. Two groups of eosinophils, lymphocytes, macrophages, CD4^＋ T cells is also has the obvious difference （P〈0.05）. Lung function in the two groups after treatment were obviously improved than before treatment （P〈0.05）, the treatment group of pulmonary function, IL-5 and the control group had obvious difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For injection asarone effects on asthmatic bronchitis in children with respiratory tract is better than that of aminophylline group, clinically; asarone in asthmatic airway diseases treatment effect is good, affordable, worth clinical promotion.
