摘 要:着重介绍了一套低功耗、高性价比的小型化LED路灯照度测试系统的设计思路,该系统由基于Lab VIEW的主控平台、SQL后台数据库、智能测试小车,以及小车上的各种传感系统和照度采集系统组成,可自动对LED路灯照度进行较精准的采集、精细化计算分析,并依照相关国家标准自动对测试结果进行量化评估。系统的设计形成了有效便捷的测试理论和方法,并可将测试和评估结果以数据分析报表形式直观易识地呈现,数据分析报表支持实时网络查询与共享功能。该系统产生的评估结果将为城市LED路灯改造工程提供全面的、客观科学的依据。The design ideas for the testing system of the LED street light illumination are expounded emphatically. The system consists of main control platform based on Lab VIEW, background database based on SQL, intelligent testing dolly, a few sensors and illumination acquisition parts, with the advantages such as low power, high ratio and miniaturization. The system can automatically collect and analyze the illumination of LED street light accurately, and form quantitative assessment of test results in accordance with the relevant national standards. The system design has achieved several effective and convenient testing theory and methods. The results of testing and assessment should be shown intuitively and easily to recognize in the form of data analysis report. The analysis report supports real-time network querying and sharing. The results of assessment from this system can provide all-sided and scientific basis of LED street lamp project.
