从“瘥后防复”角度探讨芪苈强心胶囊的临床应用

摘　　要：芪苈强心胶囊是运用络病学说治疗慢性心力衰竭的中药复方制剂,主要针对阳虚血瘀型患者。"瘥后防复"是中医"治未病"理论之一,以"扶助正气、强身健体、防止疾病复发"为指导思想。中医体质辨识是对中医辨证的发展与简化,慢性心力衰竭患者体质以阳虚质和血瘀质为主。芪苈强心胶囊可以改善慢性心衰患者的阳虚质、血瘀质或两者兼夹的体质,从而预防慢性心衰的复发,符合中医治未病中"瘥后防复"的理论。The compound Chinese medicine Qiliqiangxin capsule can treat patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic heart failure,which based on collateral disease theory.＂Relapse prevention after cure＂is one of the theories＂preventive treatment of disease＂,that the guiding ideology is＂support vital energy,build fitness,and prevent the recurrence of disease＂. The recognition of TCM constitution is the development and simplification of syndrome differentiation. The constitutions in patients with chronic heart failure are given priority to Yang deficiency constitution and blood stasis constitution. Qiliqiangxin capsule can improve the constitutions in patients with chronic heart failure,that the Yang deficiency constitution,the blood stasis constitution,or both of the two constitutions. So then,Qiliqiangxin capsule can prevent the recurrence of chronic heart failure,which conforms to the theory＂relapse prevention after cure＂.
