摘  要:目的:探讨不同中药材挥发油含量与提取时间及出油高峰的相关性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏技术对12种中药挥发油含量进行提取,并研究其提取时间及出油高峰的关系。结果:12种中药中八角茴香的挥发油含量最高,木香和佛手的含量最低;丁香挥发油的提取时间最长,苍术的最短;丁香的出油高峰持续时间最长,而佛手的最短。结论:水蒸气蒸馏技术是一种提取中药材挥发油的主要方式,通过对花椒等12种中药材挥发油提取的实验研究,发现不同中药材挥发油的含量及提取时间差异较大,其含量与提取时间无绝对相关性。Objective:To study the relationship between the oil content and the extracted time of the essential oils in the different Chinese crude drugs.Method:The technology of wet distillation was applied for 12 species of the oil content and the extracted time of the essential oils was studied.Result:In the 12 species of the Chinese crude drugs,the oil content of Chinese Star Anise was maximal,Common Aucklandia Root and Finger Citron were minimal;the extracted time,Clore was longissimus,Atractylodes Rhizome was shortest.Conclusion:The technology of wet distillation is a significant way to extract essential oils.By the empirical study we find that there is a conspicuous discrepancy in the oil content and the extracted time in the different Chinese crude drugs.Furthermore there are no absolutely correlations between the oil content and the extracted time.
