河南地区男性精液质量的变化趋势

摘　　要：目的:了解河南地区男性的精液质量,比较两个时期河南地区男性精液质量的变化趋势。方法:采用计算机辅助精液分析系统对2013年在笔者所在医院进行精液检查的3986例男性的精液质量进行分析,并和2008年3120例男性的精液质量进行比较。结果:2013年男性的平均精液量为(2.76±1.26)ml,精子密度为(40.23±28.44)×106/ml,精子存活率为(62.71±20.19)%,精子活力为(42.71±13.19)%;精液正常者所占比例27.95%(1114/3986),精液异常者所占比例72.05%(2872/3986)。2013年组的精液正常者比例27.95%明显低于2008年组的38.72%,差异有统计学意义(字2=92.28,P<0.01),2013年组的精子密度、精子存活率、精子活力均明显低于2008年组(P<0.01);而两个时期的精液量无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:河南地区男性的精液质量呈下降趋势,已成为严重的生殖健康问题,应提倡良好的生活习惯,以提高男性的精液质量。Objective：To understand the semen quality of Henan males and compare the change trend of semen quality of Henan males in two periods.Method：The semen quality of 3986 males for the examination of semen from our hospital were analyzed by computer-assisted sperm analysis system,and compared with the semen quality of 3120 males in 2008.Result：The sperm volume,sperm concentration,sperm survival and the sperm viability rate of participants in 2013 were（2.76±1.26）ml,（40.23±28.44）×10^6/ml,（62.71±20.19）%,（42.71±13.19）%,respectively.The percentage of normal sperm participants was 27.95%（1114/3986）,abnormal was 72.05%（2872/3986）.The percentage of normal sperm in 2013 group was 27.95%,it was significantly lower than 38.72% in 2008 group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2=92.28,P〈0.01）.The sperm concentration,sperm survival and the sperm viability rate in 2013 group were significantly lower than those in 2008 group（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference in the semen volume of the two periods（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The semen quality of Henan males is on the decline,it has become a serious problem of reproductive health,we should advocate good living habits to improve the semen quality.
