摘 要:植物修复重金属污染土壤具有简单经济、不破坏农田结构、可以大面积实施、不会造成再次污染等优点。棉花对重金属有较强的富集能力,在重金属污染土壤的修复中有良好的应用前景。介绍了重金属及其毒害作用,以及其对棉花生长发育的影响,综述了棉花对重金属的富集特性,并对棉花修复土壤重金属污染的可行性进行了分析。Cotton growth and development would be inhibited as the soil reached a certain concentration of heavy metals. In the most existing contaminated farmland, however, cotton can growth normally, yield and fiber quality were not affected. Cotton has a strong absorption capacity of heavy metals, and the accumulation factor greater than 1. Cotton has a greater capacity to accumulate cadmium and lead than rice. Among various organs of cotton, seed and fiber accumulated the least heavy metals, so that the edible and wearable products are safe. Although cotton has not yet reached the standard of hyper-accumulators, but its large biomass and stalk of easy removal and transfer make it a good prospect of application in the remediation of heavy-metal contaminated soils.
