井冈山自然保护区森林可持续经营重点工程的灰局势决策

摘　　要：应用灰局势决策理论,将江西井冈山国家级自然保护区可持续经营重点工程归纳为5类事件,针对这些事件提出18种对策,进行目标量化与效果值白化,建立灰局势决策模型,得到江西井冈山国家级自然保护区可持续经营重点工程的优化决策方案。分析认为,灰局势决策能够针对实际决策问题,为不同目标提供较为方便和科学的决策依据和决策结果。This study applies the theory ofG rey Situation D ecision-m aking to identify optim um m easures underfive areas ofstudy for key projectsofforestsustainable m anagem entin Jinggangshan N ationalN ature Reserve.We item ize 18 counterm easuresforkey projectsofforest sustainable m anagem ent and determ ining intended goal and effect to establish grey situation decision-m aking m odel to obtain optim al decision-m aking schem e of m anagem ent m easures that conform ing the key projects of forest sustainable m anagem ent. As a result grey situation decision-m aking can provide a convenientand scientifically-based situation for identifying those renovation program s of m easures w hich provide the optim aloutcom esforthe key projectsofforestsustainable m anagem ent.
