基于互联网的验瓶机远程监测系统的研究

摘　　要：验瓶机作为一种专业性较强的设备,维护调试需要专业人员,提供远程监测就可以异地处理故障,高效方便。以互联网为基础的远程监测系统涉及到通信问题和安全性问题。通过对网络输入输出模型进行分析,采用线程池技术和完成端口模型解决了系统通信中高并发访问的网络拥堵问题,利用访问控制和虚拟专用网技术,保证了系统的安全性。最终实现对验瓶机可靠地监测和管理,为远程处理故障提供了保障。As professional equipment, maintenance and debugging of Bottle Inspection Machine needs professionals. Providing remote monitoring service can make engineers process malfunctions in different place efficiently and conveniently. The remote monitoring system based on the Internet, involves communication and security problems. Through analyzing network I/O model, we resolved network congestion problem of communication when high concurrent access to the system by using thread pool technology and completion port model, and ensured the security of the system by using access control and virtual private networks technology. Eventually, the remote monitoring system provide a reliable monitoring and management for Bottle Inspection Machine, and ensure the remote troubleshooting.
