摘  要:为解决传统针式多层打印的噪音大、速度慢、分辨率低、针寿命短的问题,通过对打印耗材及打印方法的研究,采用热打印的方式替代针式打印。打印耗材通过结合直接热敏和热转印技术,采用特殊的热敏材料和工艺制成,配合特制的具有可提供高能量及热控制功能的热打印机及特殊的具有高耐能量及高热效率的热敏打印头,实现信息的多层打印。经过实际的打印测试,多层热打印技术与传统的多层针式打印技术相比,拥有更低噪音,更快的打印速度,更高的分辨率以及打印头寿命更长等优异性能。多层热打印技术必将成为多层打印领域的技术发展方向。To counter the inferior performances such as heavy noise, low speed, vague resolution and short pin life of traditional dot matrix printer and based on researches of printing consumables and printing methods, thermal printing is thereof introduced to supersede dot matrix printing. With the support of specialized thermal printer that provides high energy and thermal control as well as specialized thermal printing head that displays strong shock resistance and high thermal effciency, consumables, which are made by special technics and thermal sensitive materials and which adopt technology integration of direct thermal printing and thermal transfer printing, will achieve multilayer printing of the information. Practical testing shows that compared with traditional dot matrix printer, multilayer thermal printing performs lower noise level, faster printing speed, higher resolution and longer life of print head. Multilayer thermal printing will surely become the new technological direction in the field of multilayer printing.
