期刊出版的项目进度计划管理——以《阴山学刊》为例

摘　　要：项目的按时、高效完成离不开为项目制定的进度计划。期刊的每一期都可以作为一个项目进行进度计划管理,具体可以包括以下步骤:划分工作任务,合理安排工作进度,合理分配每个子任务所需的资源,编制出版流程图。The project formulation and annual plans are important in completing the projects timely and effi-ciently .Each of the journals can be managed as a project .The project schedule management of the periodials could include the following steps： dividing the tasks , arranging the progress of the work reasonably; allocating the re-sources required for each sub -task;preparing the publication flowchart .
