资源基础理论视角下物流外包决策的影响因素分析——以在华跨国公司为例

摘　　要：文章研究构建了资源基础理论视角下业务外包决策的影响因素模型,并把该模型应用在跨国公司在中国的物流外包决策中。基于调查问卷,运用Pearson相关分析进行实证研究,研究结果表明:跨国公司在中国物流外包决策的影响因素按重要性大小依次为物流资源缺口、物流资源异质性和物流资源利用率。而且,各影响因素间之间有较强的关联程度,跨国公司在华物流外包决策是一个综合性的决策,而非只受单一因素的影响。The study constructs an outsourcing decisions influence factors model based-on resource-based theory perspective, ap- plies the model to logistics outsourcing decisions of MNCs in China. Based on the questionnaire, using Pearson correlation analy- sis, the results show that： influencing factors on logistics outsouroing decisions of MNCs in China in the order of importance are as followed： logistics resources gap, logistics resources heterogeneity and logistics resource utilization. Moreover, the degree of as- sociation among each of the factors is strong, so logistics outsourcing decision of MNCs in China is a comprehensive decision making, not only influenced by the single factors.
