摘　　要：在制造业中物流成本占企业成本的比例较高,如何降低成本,提高制造业企业的生产效率成为企业经营者所面临的一道难题。单元化物流技术可以有效地降低制造业企业的物流成本,文章从单元化物流与物流单元化管理开始论述了发展单元化物流技术对制造业的意义,指出标准化是单元化物流技术在制造业中应用的关键,并介绍了单元化物流技术在制造业企业中实施的具体步骤,单元化物流技术强调的不仅仅是局部环节的应用而是在整个物流系统中的应用。In manufacturing business, logistics costs accounted for a higher proportion of the cost, how to reduce the cost, improve the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises has become a difficult problem for enterprise managers. Uni- tized logistics can effectively reduce the manufaeturing cost of logistics, the paper discusses the significance of the development of unitized logistics, and points out that the standardiza- tion is the key problem, introduces the concrete steps to implement unitized logistics in the manufacturing enterprises, unitized logistics emphasizes not only the local part but also the entire supply chain.
