摘  要:对于圆弧和椭圆在步进驱动中的插补计算,传统逐点比较法和数字积分法,存在插补过程计算步骤较多,误差较大,机床进给效率较低问题,提出了一种最小偏差脉冲增量的插补方法,这种方法通过对插补函数偏差值进行计算及比较,并选择最小偏差方向为插补方向,同时给出了插补计算的推导算式,通过一系列实例验算比较,验证了这种插补方法具有较好的插补计算精度和效率。For circular and elliptical interpolation calculation in stepping drive, The traditional point by point comparison method and digital integration method have some shortcoming,the calculation steps is more, the interpolation process error is large, the efficiency of feed speed of machine is low. A minimum deviation pulse incremental interpolation method is presented, deviation minimum of the interpolation function is the goal of the method to select the interpolation direction, and the formula of the interpolation process is given. Some example was calculated and the results were compared of the method and other interpolation methods, the accuracy and the efficiency of the method is verified.
