摘　　要："天气达人"安卓系统提供了对于当前主要空气质量参数PM2.5,PM10等指数的查询,气温参数的查询,并提供实时的数据更新。此系统的功能实现是基于Web Service技术的,主要使用了HTTP、SOAP、WSDL等通用协议。主要阐述"天气达人"安卓系统的设计与开发,以及Web Service技术在此系统中的应用。The Weather Master Android system provides for the current main air quality parameters of PM2.5, PM10 index query, the temperature parameters of the query, and provide real-time data updating. The function of the system implementation is based on Web Service technology, the main use of the HTTP, SOAP, WSDL and other general protocols. Mainly expounds the design and development of the weather up to the Android operating system, application and Web Service technology in this system.
