摘 要:以异养硝化菌Burkholderia sp.YX02为目标物,采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和海藻酸钠(SA)为载体对菌株进行包埋固定化,考察包埋固定化异养硝化菌Burkholderia sp.YX02强化连续流反应器处理氨氮有机废水的性能。结果表明,包埋固定化异养硝化菌Burkholderia sp.YX02强化处理氨氮有机废水的最佳反应条件如下:温度为25℃、p H值为7.0、C/N值为10、包埋球量为80 g/L,在此条件下对氨氮和COD的去除率分别为90.7%、82.4%,其中包埋球量对处理效果的影响最大。在不同的进水流量和氨氮浓度条件下,与直接投加菌株强化相比,菌株经包埋固定化后不仅能显著提高反应器对氨氮和COD的去除率,而且还能提高反应器抗氨氮负荷和有机负荷冲击能力。Heterotrophic nitrobacteria Burkholderia sp. YX02 was embedded immobilized by using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and sodium alginate (SA) as the carriers. The treatment of organic wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen by the continuous flow reactor filled with the embedded immobilized nitro- bacteria was investigated. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions for the enhanced treat- ment of the wastewater were temperature of 25℃, pH of 7.0, C/N ratio of 10 and embedded ball quan- tity of 80 g/L. Under these conditions, the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD were 90.7% and 82.4% respectively. The embedded ball quantity had the biggest effect on the treatment efficiency. Un- der conditions of different influent flow rates and ammonia nitrogen concentrations, compared with adding the nitrobaeteria directly into the continuous flow reactor, adding the embedded immobilized nitrobacteria could significantly enhance the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and COD, and improve the resistance of the reactor to ammonia nitrogen and organic loads.
