摘  要:采用间歇膨胀复合水解工艺预处理综合城镇污水(B/C值〈0.3,TN为30—80mg/L,SS〉300mg/L),考察了不同HRT下,水解反应器出水B/C值的变化以及对COD的去除率和污泥浓度。结果表明:在HRT由16h降低到6.5h的过程中,水解反应器的B/C变化值由-0.06提高到0.07,而COD去除率由42%降低到22%,在HRT为8h条件下,B/C变化值和COD去除率分别为0.07和27%。间歇膨胀复合水解池出水经SBR处理后,其COD、NH4-N、TN分别为65、0.75、17.71mg/L,而生产性SBR出水的COD、NH^4+-N、TN分别为93、16.4、34mg/L。应用悬浮生物滤池处理生产性SBR池出水,在HRT为2h、温度为14~19.5℃、进水NH^4+-N为21.8~41mg/L条件下,出水NH4^+-N为1.6~12.79mg/L,平均去除率为74.6%,NH^4+-N负荷为0.238kg/(m^3·d)。可见,间歇膨胀复合水解与悬浮生物滤池工艺适用于综合城镇污水的提标改造。A pilot-scale intermittent expansion hybrid hydrolysis acidification reactor(HHAR) was used to treat combined municipal wastewater with B/C ratio of 0.3, TN of 30 to 80 mg/L and SS more than 300 mg/L. The variation of B/C ratio, COD removal efficiency and MLSS concentration were inves- tigated at different hydraulic retention times (HRT). The results showed that the change of B/C ratio was increased from -0.06 to 0.07 with HRT decreasing from 16 h to 6.5 h, while COD removal efficiency was decreased from 42% to 22%. At HRT of 8 h, the change of B/C ratio and COD removal efficiency were 0.07 and 27% respectively. The concentrations of COD, NH4^+ - N and TN in the effluent of the SBR after the HHAR were 65 mg/L, 0.75 mg/L and 17.71 mg/L while the concentrations of COD, NH; - N and TN in the effluent of the full-scale SBR were 93 mg/L, 16.4 mg/L and 34 mg/L respec- tively. Suspended biological filter was applied as the post-treatment of the full-scale SBR. At HRT of 2 h, temperature of 14 to 19.5℃ and the influent NH4^+ - N of 21.8 to 41 rag/L, the effluent NH4^+ - N was 1.6 to 12.79 mg/L, the average NH4^+ - N removal rate was 74.6% , and NH4 - N load was 0. 238 kg/( m^3 ·d). It is concluded that the intermittent expansion hybrid hydrolysis acidification and suspen- ded biological filter process are suitable for the treatment of combined municipal wastewater.
