摘 要:延安黄河引水工程某段泵站管道属于典型的长距离高扬程多起伏大管径压力流输水管道,在输水过程中发生断流弥合水锤的可能性大,且水锤防护难度大。采用多种防护措施相结合的思想,并应用计算机语言VB 6.0编制水锤防护计算的可视化程序,进行计算机水锤模拟和计算。结果表明:在水泵出口位置安装缓闭止回阀、指定桩号处安装恒速缓冲排气阀,并在管线合适位置处加装箱式双向调压塔,这一措施可以有效降压,所有管段的水锤升压基本都降至安全承压范围之内,达到了有效防护管道水锤升压的作用。The pipeline of a pumping station for Yan' an Yellow River diversion project belongs to the typical large diameter pressure transmission pipeline with long distance, high lift and many ups and downs, in which water hammer of cavities collapsing probably occurs during the operation, and water hammer protection is the most difficult. Visualization program for water hammer protection was calculated by computer language VB 6.0. The combination of a variety of protective measures was adopted, and computer simulation and calculation of water hammer were carried out. The results showed that the pres- sure could be effectively decreased by installing a slow close check valve at the pump outlet, a composite buffer exhaust valve at the assigned stake" n^rk and a box-type bidirectional pressure regulating tower at the appropriate location of the pipeline. Water hammer pressure in all the pipe sections was basically de- creased to a safe range of pressure , thus effective protection of water hammer pressure in pipeline was a- chieved.
