摘 要:目的:为建立标准化、规范化的静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)新员工上岗前培训模式提供参考。方法:从培训要求、培训内容、培训方式及考核4个方面介绍我院PIVAS工作人员培训模式的具体情况,同时总结成效。结果与结论:我院建立了以授训并举、考评结合的培训模式,注重加强对新员工岗位职责、操作规程和技能、专业知识等的上岗前培训和考核;完成培训的有82人次,其中69人一次性通过。所建立的规范化的培训模式及实践促进了我院PIVAS工作的发展,提高了临床用药的安全性。OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for establishing standard and normalized pre-job training mode of PIVAS staff. METHODS: The pre-job training mode of PIVAS staff in our hospital was introduced in respects of relevant requirements, content, means and examination, and the achievements of the mode were summarized. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS : Our hospital have es- tablished the training mode, and pay attention to new staff pre-job training and examination about responsibilities, operating instructions and skill, professional knowledge, etc. Our hospital have trained 82 new employees, with first pass 69. The standard training mode and practice have enhanced the work of PIVAS and improved the safety of drug use.
