摘 要:高频感应加热广泛应用在热疲劳试验中,感应线圈是感应加热装置的核心部件.线圈壁厚过薄会使线圈效率降低,壁厚过厚则使线圈发热严重,损坏线圈.对热疲劳试样的感应加热过程进行了数值模拟,发现:增大线圈壁厚能够提高试样加热的最高温度,线圈壁厚过厚时,线圈之间的邻近效应使得试样表面焦耳热分布带变窄,不能均匀透热加热区域.线圈壁厚在(0.3-0.5)mm时,线圈热效率较低,线圈壁厚为1.5mm时,线圈热效率最高,线圈壁厚超过2.5mm时,线圈热效率反而下降.该研究对于电磁感应加热线圈的设计具有一定的指导意义.High frequency induction heating is widely used in the thermal fatigue test,and the coil is the core component of induction heating equipment.The heating efficiency would be reduced if the wall thickness of the coil were too thin,whereas the coil would be overheated and maybe damaged.The induction heating process of the thermal fatigue specimen is simulated.It can be conclude that the highest temperature of the specimen can be improved when the wall thickness enlarged; however,the uniform heating area can't be guarantee when it is too thick as the proximity effect coil narrows the joule heat distribution.Further more,the heating efficiency is low when the wall thickness of the coil between(0.3~0.5)mam,however,it would decline if the size exceeds 2.5mm,and it reaches to the peak when thickness is 1.5mm.The research can be guided for the design of the electromagnetic induction heating coil.
