摘 要:为提高甘蔗的切割质量和降低甘蔗损失,以蔗茎合格率为试验指标,在自制的小型整杆式甘蔗收割机上进行三因素三水平正交试验,研究刀盘转速、压蔗辊转速及刀盘角度对甘蔗切割质量的影响。试验结果表明,刀盘转速和压蔗辊转速对甘蔗切割质量具有显著影响,刀盘角度对甘蔗切割质量无显著影响。对试验结果进行方差分析,确定最优组合为刀盘转速为750 r/min,压蔗辊转速为180 r/min,刀盘角度为10°,在该组合下蔗茎合格率为91.4%。该文可为小型甘蔗收割机的机械设计提供参考。In order to improve cutting quality and reduce the sugar stalks loss,three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment was taken on the self-made small whole-stalk sugarcane harvester taking the qualification rate of stem as index,researching the influence of the rotation speed of the cutter and knock-down roller and angle of the cutter on cutting quality.The field test results showed that the rotation speed of the cutter and knock-down roller had a significant impact on cutting quality and angle of the cutter had no significant impact on cutting quality.The optimal combination parameters for the rotation speed of the cutter and knock-down roller was 750r/min and 180r/min,and the angle of the cutter was 10°based on variance analysis of the test results.Under the experimental condhion,the qualification rate of stem was 91.4%.h can provide reference for the mechanical design of the small whole-stalk sugarcane harvester.
