摘 要:成形性能下降是拼焊板成形中难以解决的实际问题。运用Dynaform软件对拼焊板冲压成形进行数值模拟,分析拼焊板在整体式压边圈下的冲压成形效果,提出分瓣式的压边圈方案,通过对薄厚两板加载不同的压边力,研究不同压边力组合条件下拼焊板成形中的最大主应力值、厚度最大减薄率与增厚率以及焊缝移动量。结果表明:整体式压边圈的成形效果不是很理想,采用分瓣式的压边圈,得出不同压边力组合对拼焊板成形性能有显著的影响,厚侧板料比薄侧板料更大的压边力,有利于降低薄侧板料的应力集中,减少厚侧板料的起皱,但会加剧焊缝的移动量。Formability degradation was difficult to solve the actual problem in stamping process of auto tailor-welded blank.The numerical simulation technology was applied to emulate the stamping forming of tailor-welded blank by using Dynaform software.The effect of stamping forming under the single-piece blank holder was analyzed,and a stampingforming plan under the segmental-blank holder was proposed.By adjusting the different BHF both on the thin and thick side,the maximum principal stress,the maximum thinning rate,the maximum thickening rate among the weld line movement during the stamping forming process of tailor-welded blank were studied on the condition of different BHF.The results show that the effect of stamping forming under the single-piece blank holder is not ideal.The different combinations of BHF under the segmental-blank holder affect the formability of tailor-welded blank severely.The pressurization of larger force on the thick blank than on the thin side can effectively reduce the stress concentration in the thin side and wrinkle in the thick side,but will increase the displacement of welding seam.
