摘　　要：探讨了现代自动武器数字化设计制造的工作模式和流程,为实现数字化产品设计、仿真分析、工艺设计、工装设计、产品装配、检验检测等在自动武器数字化协同平台下的并行与协同提供了参考。对自动武器数字化设计制造协同平台集成关系进行分析,从各阶段的工作内容、参与人员和输入输出等方面与自动武器传统模式进行对比,分析了数字化设计制造对工作模式、组织结构等产生的革命性变化,举例说明了自动武器数字化设计制造协同平台的主要运行过程,为自动武器数字化设计制造的实施与推动提供了参考。The work mode and process of modern automatic weapon digital design and manufacturing are discussed,in order to provide a reference for the realization of digital product design,simulation analysis,process design,tooling design,assembly,inspection and testing of concurrent and collaborative on the digital collaboration platform.The integration relationship of automatic weapon digital collaboration platform is analyzed,the work content of every stage,participants,I/O and other aspects are compared with traditional automatic weapon development process,and analyzes the changes of work mode,organization structure due to digital design and manufacturing.A simple example illustrates the main operation process of collaborative platform of digital design and manufacturing,providing a reference for the implementation and promotion of digital automatic weapon design and manufacturing.
