摘　　要：目的提高大学生特别是女大学生对风疹病毒的认知,降低对风疹疾病的心理恐慌,增强群居人群风疹疾病的预防能力。方法通过2例接诊病例的剖析,讨论了风疹疾病的特点及对大学生身心健康的危害。结果大学生对风疹疾病盲目紧张、抵触隔离治疗,需要耐心引导,及时就医。结论指出了大学生这一特殊群体对风疹疾病正确认知的必要性及预防策略。Objective To understand the status of cognition and prevention strategies of rubella among college students so as to formulating the interventions to improve their cognition and preventive capacity. Methods By analyzing two admission cases,the characteristics of rubella and its hazards to college student health were discussed. Results The students blindly tensed to conflict to the treatment of isolation for rubella,and they required to be guided with patience,and needed timely medical attention. Conclusions It is necessary to correct the cognition about rubella in the college students and formulate the prevention strategies for the disease.
