摘　　要：人们把对饲料中营养物质的消化、吸收和利用产生不利影响以及使人和动物产生不良生理反应的物质,统称为抗营养因子。本文就饲料中抗营养因子的作用机理及其意义进行综述。People have the right to feed nutrient digestion, absorption and utilization of produce unfavorable effects on humans and animals and harmful physiological reaction substance, collectively referred to as antinutritional factors. This paper feed antinutritional factors in the current mechanism and significance were reviewed in this article.
