心脏X综合征患者血清PTX-3质量浓度变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清PTX-3在心脏X综合征(CSX)发病机制中的作用.方法选择心内科收入院的心脏X综合征患者患者30例,非心脏X综合征患者30例,另选健康体检者20例作为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)检测血清PTX-3质量浓度,全自动生化分析仪检测血清hs-CRP.结果 CSX组、NCSX组患者BMI、血清TG、TC、LDL-C明显高于对照组,HDL-C质量浓度明显低于对照组,CSX组和NCSX组患者血脂项目、尿素、肌酐与对照组无统计学意义;CSX组、NCSX组患者血清PTX-3、hs-CRP质量浓度显著高于对照组;CSX组患者血清PTX-3、hs-CRP质量浓度高于NCSX组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).相关分析显示血清PTX-3与TC、TG及LDL-c、hsCRP呈明显正相关(r=0.478,P=0.023 vs r=0.732,P=0.000 vs r=0.608,P=0.001 vs r=0.839,P=0.000),与HDL-c呈明显负相关(r=-0.472,P=0.000);血清hs-CRP质量浓度与TC、TG及LDL-c呈明显正相关(r=0.486,P=0.000 vs r=0.748,P=0.000 vs r=0.578,P=0.000);与HDL-c呈明显负相关(r=-0.505,P=0.000).结论血清PTX-3、hs-CRP质量浓度变化反映了CSX的发生与发展.Objective To explore the roles of PTX-3 in the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X.Methods Thirty patients with cardiac syndrome X（CSX group）,30 patients with NON-cardiac syndrome X（NCSX group）from the department of cardiology,20 healthy volunteers as control group were enrolled.Serum PTX-3 level were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The level of hs-CRP was determined by using an automated measurement method.Results BMI,the levels of serum TG,TC,LDL-C in CSX group and NCSX group were significantly higher than that in the control group,serum HDL-C level in CSX group and NCSX group was obviously lower than that in the control group.There was no significant diffierence between CSX group and NCSX group.The levels of PTX-3 and hs-CRP in CSX group and NCSX group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the levels of PTX-3 and hs-CRP in CSX group were significantly higher than that in NCSX group（P〈0.05）.Pearson collection analysis,serum PTX-3 level was positive correlated with the levels of TC,TG,LDL-c and hs-CRP（r= 0.478,P = 0.023 vs r = 0.732,P = 0.000 vs r = 0.608,P = 0.001vs r = 0.839,P = 0.000）,was negative correlated with the level of HDL-c（r =-0.472,P = 0.000）.Serum hs-CRP level was positive correlated with the levels of TC,TG,LDL-c（r = 0.486,P = 0.000 vs r = 0.748,P = 0.000 vs r = 0.578,P = 0.000）,was negative correlated with the level of HDL-c（r =-0.505,P = 0.000）.Conclusion The levels of serum PTX-3 and hsCRP reflected the pathogenesis of CSX.
