摘 要:以硝酸铜或醋酸铜为原料,分别采用沉淀法和溶剂热法制备了两种纳米氧化铜(CuO-1和CuO-2).用XRD和SEM对催化剂进行了表征,在温和反应条件下(95℃,1 atm),研究了CuO催化分子氧氧化碱木质素的反应.结果表明,CuO是这一反应的有效催化剂,其中粒子尺寸较小、含有Cu2O杂晶的CuO-1显示最高的活性,在优化反应条件下,木质素的降解率为66.6%,酚类氧化产物丁香酸、香兰素、丁香醛和乙酰丁香酮的总收率可达14.7%,且催化剂的重复使用性能优良.With copper nitrate and copper acetate as raw materials,two kinds of nanometer copper oxide powder(marked as CuO-1 and CuO-2) were prepared via precipitation method and solvothermal method,respectively.The crystal structure and morphology of the above catalysts were characterized using the X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The CuO-catalyzed oxidation of lignin by O2to phenolic derivatives in alkaline solution was evaluated under mild conditions(95 ℃,1 atm).The results show that the CuO was active to this reaction and the CuO-1,with a smaller particle size and a small amount of Cu2O,possessed the highest activity.Under the optimized reaction conditions,CuO-1 can achieve 66.6% degradation rate of lignin,providing 14.7% yield for the main phenolic products syringic acid,vanillic aldehyde,syringaldehyde and acetosyringone with a good reusability.
