摘　　要：根据企业多年发展经验,通过整合内外部资源以及自主研发,提出了"智慧型模具工厂"的概念,通过MDC、DNC、MES、MIM等系统对各个环节进行了有效的管理,打造出一个无人化、数字化、可视化的加工环境,并成功进行了推广应用。Based on years of development experience, the integration of internal and external resources and independent research, a concept of ＂smart die ＆ mould factory＂ was pro- posed in which each step was managed effectively through systems like MDC, DNC, MES and MIM; and an unmaned, digitalized and visualized processing environment was made and extended.
