摘　　要：阐述了普通修边模的基本结构,重点介绍了二次废料切刀的结构设计、应用范围、注意事项及工作过程。设计的二次废料切刀在传统废料切刀基础上进行了改进和创新,有效减少了汽车外板件修边时容易产生铁屑和毛刺的问题。The basic structure of trimming dies was presented, in particular the structure design of secondary scrap cutter, its range of application, precautions and working process. The innovation of the design based on conventional scrap cutter effectively decreases the scraps and burrs generated in the trimming of automobile outer panel.
