摘　　要：目的 探讨超声检查在胆道出血性疾病中的临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析经临床检查及手术结果证实的31例胆道出血患者的超声图像资料，总结其超声诊断情况及超声图像特征。 结果 31例患者中，超声诊断胆道出血者27例，漏误诊4例，本组病例诊断符合率87.1%，漏误诊率12.9%。 结论 结合病史及临床表现，超声能为临床提供胆道出血存在的依据，为诊断胆道出血间接有效的方法，对临床诊断和治疗有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in biliary tract bleeding diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis the ultrasound image data of 31 cases of bleeding in biliary tract patients which confirmed by surgery and clinical examination, summarize their ultrasound diagnostic results and the ultrasound image features. Results 31 patients, ultrasound diagnosis of biliary tract hemorrhage 27 cases, 4 cases of misdiagnosis, this group of patients diagnosis rate is 87.1%, misdiagnosis rate is 12.9%.Conclusion The combination of history and clinical manifestations, ultrasound can provides evidence of the biliary tract bleeding to clinic, provides the indirect effective method for clinical diagnosis, has the significiant importance to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
