凉山普格县一起皮肤炭疽暴发的流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的：查明凉山普格县皮肤炭疽暴发的原因，给该地区炭疽防治提供科学依据。方法：用回顾性调查与现况调查的方法，调查炭疽的流行过程，采集病人患处分泌物、病畜残留组织、宰杀病马处泥土进行检验。结果 2011年8月，普格县某乡发生疑似皮肤炭疽暴发，3例病例均接触过同一病马；患者临床症状为患处皮肤出现水泡、水肿、瘙痒、疼痛、有血性渗出液。病人分泌物、病马残留肢体骨髓在光学显微镜下发现两端平齐、革兰染色阳性粗大杆菌。结论：农村居民的防病意识淡薄是本病暴发的根本原因，对农村应加大传染病防治知识的宣传教育，提高其防病水平。objective： to find out the reason that the liangshan purg county skin anthrax outbreaks, to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of anthrax in the region. Methods： with retrospective investigation and survey, the method of investigation and the popular process of anthrax, collect patients, secretion and disease with residual test organization, slaughter sick horses in the soil. Results in August 2011, the defense county MouXiang suspected skin anthrax outbreaks occur, 3 cases were exposed to the same disease; Patients with clinical symptoms appear to burn the skin blisters, edema, itching, pain, bloody exudate. Patient discharge, ill residual limb bone marrow under optical microscope found on both ends of flush, gram staining positive bulky bacillus. Conclusion： the weak consciousness of prevention of rural residents is the root cause of the outbreak of the disease, should strengthen the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in rural areas of knowledge propaganda and education, improve the level of its prevention.
