早期康复护理在急性脑梗死患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析研究早期康复护理对急性脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法 选择 例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规神经内科护理，观察组在常规神经内科护理的基础上给予早期康复护理，比较两组患者预后情况。结果 观察组预后明显好于对照组，差异又统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对急性脑梗死患者进行早期康复护理可以明显改善患者为预后，提高治疗效果，值得在临床上推广应用。objective to study the prognosis of patients with early rehabilitation nursing on acute cerebral infarction. Methods select patients with acute cerebral infarction, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group given conventional nerve internal medicine nursing, the observation group on the basis of conventional neurology care given early rehabilitation care, compared two groups of patients＇ prognosis. Results prognosis of observation group was obviously better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute cerebral infarction patient of can obviously improve prognosis, and improve the treatment effect, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
