注射曲氨奈德治疗发病初期肉芽肿乳腺炎肿块的超声参数比较

摘　　要：目的 对发病初期肉芽肿乳腺炎肿块进行注射曲氨奈德治疗，观察治疗过程中乳腺肿块的高频超声参数变化，分析治疗效果，为注射曲氨奈德治疗发病初期肉芽肿乳腺炎肿块提供进一步的指导依据。方法 选取笔者所在医院2010年7月～2014年7月确诊为肉芽肿乳腺炎乳腺肿块的103名患者，给予局部注射曲氨奈德治疗，对乳腺肿块的动脉血流参数 [收缩期峰值血流速度Vmax（cm/s）、舒张末期最低血流速度Vmin（cm/s）、阻力指数（RI）]进行总结分析。结果 103名肉芽肿乳腺炎发病初期乳腺肿块患者肿块的Vmax、Vmin、RI治疗前后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。 结论 注射曲氨奈德治疗发病初期肉芽肿乳腺炎肿块具有重要价值，值得广泛推广和应用。objective to injection of triamcinolone acetonide for treatment of early onset of granulomatous mastitis lump, observation of high frequency ultrasound parameters change during the treatment of breast tumor, analysis of the treatment effect, to provide further guidance for the injection of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of early onset of granulomatous mastitis lump. Methods in our hospital from 2010 July to 2014 July, 103 patients were diagnosed as granulomatous mastitis breast masses, given local injection of triamcinolone acetonide for treatment of breast mass, blood flow parameters systolic peak flow velocity of Vmax （cm/s）, end diastolic minimum blood flow velocity in Vmin （cm/s）, resistance index （RI）. Summary analysis. Results before and after 103 early onset patients with granulomatous mastitis lump breast masses Vmax, Vmin, RI treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion injection of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of early onset of granulomatous mastitis lump has important value, worthy of extensive promotion and application.
