优质护理对小儿支气管炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的：研究优质护理对小儿支气管炎的临床效果。方法：选取2013年4月——2014年4月间我院收治的支气管炎患儿71例，分为两组。对照组采取常规护理模式，观察组应用优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果：观察组患儿体温恢复时间（2.05±0.26）d短于对照组（4.21±0.53）d，总有效率（93.94%）与对照组（81.58%）相比明显较高，两组护理效果差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：小儿支气管炎疾病应用优质护理能够促进患儿体温及早恢复正常，提高治疗效果，行之有效，值得临床广泛应用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of quality care for children with bronchitis. Methods： April 2013 between --2,014 on April 71 cases of bronchitis in children in our hospital, divided into two groups. Usual care control group taking mode, the observation group application quality care, compared to two nursing effect. Results： The patients＇ body temperature recovery time observation group （2.05 ± 0.26） d shorter than the control group （4.21 ± 0.53） d, total efficiency （93.94%） and the control group （81.58%） was significantly higher compared to the two groups nursing effect significant difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Pediatric bronchitis disease application quality care to promote patients＇ body temperature returned to normal as soon as possible, improve the therapeutic effect, effective, worthy of wider application.
