ICU落实责任制整体护理护士排班模式研究

摘　　要：目的探讨ICU落实责任制整体护理科学合理的护理排班模式方法对ICU护理排班先后选用传统五班制模式“行调整下上”和三班制模式“APN”、“ABC”及四班制模式“行调下上”、“行整下上”等五种护理排班模式试运行，选择最适合本地区本科室的排班模式结果四班制排班模式“行整下上”在我院ICU及部分临床护理单元能更好地落实责任制整体护理提高护理质量并兼顾护士需求结论不同排班模式均有优缺点，在护理管理过程中，应根据本地区本科室实际情况，以更好地开展优质护理服务提高患者满意度并兼顾护士需求为目标，探寻合适的排班模式。Goal ： searching for a scientific nursing scheduling model of whole - nursing ＆ personalized responsibility system of ICU ; Method ： compare the effects of 5 models in practice ： The traditional 5 - shifts model （ ＂Whole - line and in - line flexible＂ ） with 3 - shifts model （ ＂APN＂,＂ ABC＂ ） and 4 - shifts model （ ＂in - line flexible＂,＂ whole - line moving＂ ）. Then choose the appropriate one ; Result ： 4 - shifts model（ ＂whole - line moving＂ ） has proved itself the most suitable model which reaches a best balance between improving the nursing quality, reali- zing whole -nursing requirement in some ICU nursing units and satisfying the needs from nurses; Conclusion： each model has its own strengths and weaknesses. It＇ s reasonable to suggest that our scheduling model should step from the real conditions of the hospital and try to reach the best balance among providing high - quality nursing, raising the comfort of the patients and satisfying the needs of nurses.
