快速康复外科理念在脾切除术患者围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜下脾切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法对72例肝硬化门脉高压症合并脾功能亢进的患者施行电视腹腔镜下脾切除术，利用快速康复外科理念对患者进行健康教育、镇痛、保温、输液控制、减少应激，早期进食、早期活动等，以促进患者的早日康复。结果72例患者术后切口疼痛减轻，愈合速度快，住院费用降低，均提前康复出院。结论快速康复外科用于腹腔镜下脾切除术患者围手术期的护理有效。Aim To explore the nursing methods of fast track surgery in laparoscopic splenectomy peri operation period. Method In 72 patients with liver cirrhosis and portal hypertension with hypersplenism were treated with laparescopic splenectomy, health education, analgesic, heat preservation, transfusion control, reduce stress on patients by using the concept of rapid rehabil- itation surgery, early feeding, early activity, in order to promote the patient a speedy recovery Result 72 cases of postoperative incision pain relief, faster healing , reduce hospital costs , were discharged in advance. Conclusion Fast track surgery used for laparescopic Splenectomy in patients with perioperative care.
