摘　　要：目的了解中国全球基金艾滋病项目地区静脉吸毒人群(injecting drug user,IDU)艾滋病高危性行为干预工作模式。方法对承担IDU艾滋病高危性行为干预工作的市级和县区级疾病预防控制中心(center for disease control and prevention,CDC)进行问卷调查。结果调查了30个省(直辖市、自治区)的86个市和820个县区CDC。干预目标人群的计划数和完成数分别为227 561人和240 825人,完成率为105.8%,共有9种干预模式,分别是委托戒毒所、聘用目标人群同伴教育员、CDC工作人员、委托社区卫生服务中心等医疗机构、委托社区(草根)组织模式、委托美沙酮门诊点、CDC聘用专职人员、委托街道等相关政府部门、委托协学会的干预模式。市本级的干预模式数量以委托戒毒所和CDC工作人员为多,分别占干预模式数量的33.7%(35/104)和21.2%(22/104),县区级多采用聘用目标人群同伴教育员和委托戒毒所的模式,其数分别占26.9%(283/1 051)和24.6%(259/1 051)。结论委托戒毒所模式是全球基金艾滋病项目地区的主要干预模式,今后在IDU人群中开展干预工作时,建议包含预防丙肝的内容。Objective To explore the intervention models for HIV/AIDS related high risk behaviors among Injecting Drug User（IDU）. Methods Questionnaires was delivered to municipal and county level CDC, in which HIV/AIDS high risk behavior intervention were carried out among men who have sex with men （ MSM ）. Results The survey covered 86 cities and 820 counties in 30 provinces. 240 825 IDU intervened by 9 intervention models, the completion rate was 105.8%. The intervention models included addiction treatment center, peer educator, C DC＇ s staff,community health service center, CBOs, MMT clinics, CDC employees, primary government departments,and the related associations. The addition treatment center and CDC ＇ s staff were the main participants intervention models for municipal level, accounting for 33.7% （35/104） and 21.2% （22/104）, respectively. The dominant intervention models for county level were peer educator and the addition treatment center, which accounted for 26. 9% （283/1051 ） and 24. 6% （ 259/1 051 ）, respectively. Conclusions Addition treatment center is the main intervention model for IDU, knowledge related HCV should he inte- grated into the intervention models for high risk behaviors related to HIV/AIDS among the IDU.
