摘　　要：目的分析淮北市2003-2013年艾滋病患者接受抗病毒治疗效果。方法收集2003-2013年所有抗病毒治疗患者监测数据,统计分析其治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数、病毒载量、治疗维持及生存时间,评价其治疗效果。结果接受抗病毒治疗12月后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均值有不同程度增长(P<0.001);治疗患者总体上病毒抑制率逐年提高(χ2=10.112,P=0.039);维持治疗3年、5年和7年生存率分别为91%、88%和87%。结论淮北市艾滋病抗病毒治疗效果显著,以全球基金/示范区模式推行重点地区的艾滋病综合防治,有力推动了抗病毒治疗各项措施的落实,减少了艾滋病传播。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of anti-retroviral treatment on AIDS patients in Huaibei from 2003 to 2013. Methods Anti-Retroviral Treatment on AIDS patients with monitoring data were collected from 2003 to 2013, the changes of CD4^＋ T cell count ,viral load, treatment to maintain and the survival time were analyzed to evaluate its therapeutic effectiveness. Results The mean of CD4^＋ T cell count were elevated （ P 〈 0. 001 ） after 12 months Anti- Retroviral Treatment; The virus inhibition rate of patients receiving treatment increased year by year overall （x^2 = 10. 112, P = 0. 039 ）. Maintenance survival rate of treatment for 3 years, 5 years and 7 years respectively were 91% , 88% and 87%. Conclusions The effect of anti-retroviral treatment for AIDS patients is remarkable in Huaibei, with attributed to the global funding of AIDS and China Comprehensive AIDS Response models for key areas of comprehensive prevention and control and promoted the implementation of antiviral treatment and trasmission.
