摘  要:以唐山某钢厂转炉为原型,建立基于转炉烟气分析碳温连续预报数学模型,并利用VB编译程序针对某钢种的实际冶炼进行离线模拟.模拟结果表明:该钢种要求出钢碳含量为0.035%,温度为1700℃,在碳含量0.03%-0.04%范围内,模型计算结果命中率为87%.在温度为1690℃~1710℃范围内,模型计算终点温度命中率为77%.By taking the converter of a steel plant in Tangshan as a prototype, a continuous carbon temperature prediction model was established on the basis of converter flue gas analysis and off-line simulation for a steel smelting was carried out by using the VB compiler. The results show that, required tapping carbon content of the steel is 0.035% and temperature is 1700 ℃, hit - rate of the model calculation result is 87% when the carbon content is from 0.03% to 0.04%, final temperature hit - rate ofthe model is 77% when temperature is between 1690 ℃ and 1710 ℃.
