摘 要:通过对实际系统建立模型并仿真,分析了风电并网后对孤立电网第三道防线高频切机和低频减载装置动作情况。结果表明风电接入电网后,不可避免地会过切造成系统失稳情况,系统原有的高频切机和低频减载方案已不适合。提出将风电机组高频/低频保护与孤立电网第三道防线建设合理配置方案,对于保证故障后孤立电网第三道防线可靠运行有着重要的现实意义。With the access of wind power,it brings a greater impact on the stability of the isolated power-grid? Based on the actual system model and simulation ,this article analyzes the third defense line of high-frequency cut machine and under frequency load shedding ( UFLS) device operation for the wind power access of isolated power-grid? The results shows that wind power will inevita-bly bring about over-cut causing system instability,and the original high-frequency cut machine and UFLS design is not suitable?Proposed rational configuration scheme of wind machine high frequency/low frequency protection and isolation power-grid , to en-sure reliable operation of the third defense line of isolated power-grid after the failure has important practical significance.
