摘　　要：通过对10 kV配电网带电作业项目分类、名称命名的方法和内容等进行系统分析,提出以作业方式为基础,突出作业对象和关键环节要素,统一项目分类和名称。对规范配电网带电作业管理,完善其技术标准将起到积极的促进作用。Through the systematically analysis on classification, naming and contents of live working project in 10 kV distribution network,It is proposed to highlight the operation objects and key elements,unify the classification and name based on the operating type,which will play a positive promoting role to regulate live working management and to improve its technical standard in distribu-tion network.
