贸易开放、FDI与中国工业绿色转型——基于动态面板门限模型的实证研究

摘　　要：本文采用全局ML指数测度的工业绿色全要素生产率对工业经济增长的贡献率作为工业绿色转型的衡量指标进行测算和评价,并考虑变量的内生性和动态性,综合采用组间FMOLS和DOLS、动态面板门限模型对贸易开放和FDI影响工业绿色转型的机制进行实证检验。检验结果揭示:出口贸易的低水平扩张和全球价值链效应不利于工业绿色转型,但不同地区的出口贸易和全球价值链效应对工业绿色转型的影响仍存在较大差异。进口贸易有利于工业绿色转型,并与经济发展水平、人力资本水平和研发水平有明显的互补效应,但不同地区吸收进口贸易溢出的能力存在较大差异,从而形成进口贸易技术溢出的门限效应。FDI并没有对工业绿色转型产生显著的促进作用,但却与经济发展水平、人力资本水平和研发水平有明显的替代效应。Dwelling on the global ML index, this paper uses the contribution of industrial green total factor productivity to the industrial economic growth to evaluate the indicators of green transformation of the industry. Considering the en- dogenous and dynamic nature of the variables, this paper further uses the group FMOLS and DOLS methods and a dynamic threshold model using panel data to empirically test the effects of trade openness and FDI on the green transforma- tion of the industry. The results show that, the low-level expansion of the export trade and the global value chain effect are not conducive to the green transforma- tion of the industry, but there are great differences between the influences of the export trade and the global value chain effect on the green transformation of the industry in different areas. The import trade is conducive to the green transforma- tion of the industry and there is an obvious complementary effect between the import trade and the level of economic development, human capital and research and development. The absorption capacity of the import trade spillovers differ greatly in different regions, thus forming a threshold effect of technology spillovers on the import trade. FDI does not have a significant role in promoting the green transformation of the industry, but there is an apparent substitution effect between FDI and the level of economic development, human capital and research and development.
