摘 要:中国的传播研究由于长期处于学习接收阶段,对于现有的主流传播研究史中的叙事问题一直缺乏反思。但是近年来,随着对西方了解的增加,传播学界开始从知识社会学的角度对传播研究史进行批判。从简单的学习阶段,进入到传播思想史研究的阶段。文章认为,传播思想史的研究中,除了正面否定主流叙事中的神话外,更重要的是反思其中的叙事方式。目前的叙事存在着编年式、里程碑式、大师主导式、学派冲突式和观念统领式几种,其中渗透着乐观的进步主义与辉格解释的意识形态。要挑战这些元叙事,一个途径是采用反讽的风格,重新让无法被归入既有分类的"灰色地带"重新发言,解构现有主流叙事。如果从连续与断裂的主题来看,即是发现连续中断裂与断裂中的连续。这不仅可以让我们更深刻地理解外来的理论,而且也能帮助我们从历史中发现其他被遮蔽的可能性,以指导未来的传播研究。Since Chinese communication study has long been at the stage of reception, the narration of current mainstream history of communication research is seldom questioned by Chinese scholars. In recent years, however, with the increasing acquaintance with western world, communication researchers in China began to apply critical theories from the perspective of cognitive sociology to the history of communication research. Therefore, their study evolves from passive learning from the west to the reflective research on intellectual history of communication. The achievement of intellectual history of communication study depends more on reflecting the narrative modes in mainstream narration than directly denying the myths in it. The meta - narration of mainstream history of communication research can be categorized as chronicling style, milestone style, masters style, contesting- schools style and single - idea style, most of which were saturated with optimistic progression and whiggish interpretation. In order to challenge these meta -narrations, a promising approach is using irony. It will make the odd "grey zone", which is hard to be cataloged, speak up again and ridicule the logic of mainstream narration. If interpreted from language of continuity and rupture, the grey zones could be understood as the rupture in continuity or continuity in rupture. This approach will not only deepen our understanding of imported theories, but also enable us to discover other ignored possibilities ,which may contribute to enlightening the future research.
